ORA-27301: OS failure message: Error 0
ORA-27302: failure occurred at: skgpalive1

Cause

The problem is being caused by Bug: 4923667  'ORA-27300, ORA-27301, ORA-27302 ERROR OCCURRED AFTER APPLYING Patch 4778081'

Solution

Apply patch 4947798 or a better solution is to apply the 9208 patch set which contains the fix for bug 4947798.
